Our Success Stories

Since our beginning in January 2026, The Elder Advocacy & Care Foundation has changed the lives of seniors in a very short time!

We are eager to serve our community and encourage you to join our membership or donate to continue and grow the stories of success - that you make possible!

Road leading to success at sunrise.

The possible loss of a home

The possible loss of a home

A widow reached out to us after losing her husband and facing the fear and uncertainty of losing her home. We were able to connect her with Keith Crisp, a member of The Elder Advocacy Care Foundation representing Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, to help with the application fee to pursue a reverse mortgage.

Helping a Veteran In need

A veteran without health insurance faced a crisis resulting in the loss of his leg from diabetes complications. We worked tirelessly to connect the family to local professionals, obtain health insurance, connected him with the VA, coordinated private nursing care, and provided compassionate support.

A senior woman with health issues needed help with the Medicaid application process so she could move to an assisted living community.  Our association with Medicaid 4 You LLC offered their help to successfully guide her through the process.

A senior husband, father, and grandfather facing end-stage terminal cancer and his family had the possibility of an eviction from their home.  The Foundation was able to help with the cost to allow them time to share his last days together in their home.
